Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and quantum computing integration.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical architecture reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance computational efficiency for deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the bleeding edge of industry standards, evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results in complex environments.
