Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the high-level architecture for our 2026 AI product suite, focusing on LLMs, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business requirements into innovative technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company’s 2026 strategic goals.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) for potential integration.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and inference models to ensure sub-millisecond latency in production environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and research.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal) to deliver large-scale AI solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
