Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Product Vision, translating high-level strategy into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver innovative features on time and within scope.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to communicate product strategy, progress, and KPIs effectively.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 product vision across the organization and to external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products or major product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
