Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Project 2026, defining long-term technological milestones and innovation roadmaps.
- Oversee the Research & Development pipeline, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and advanced cloud infrastructure.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the technical department.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategies with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Evaluate emerging tech stacks and propose solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Ensure enterprise-wide security, compliance, and data governance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from conception through deployment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
