Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, next-generation neural network models for Project 2026.
- Lead a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and architectural standards for AI systems.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, focusing on bias mitigation and safety.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM architectures (Transformers, GPT, etc.).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
