Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for our next-generation platform.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate vision into reality.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering department.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to plan and manage large-scale technical projects with tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
