Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of the Project 2026 infrastructure.
- Define and enforce technical standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align engineering outputs with business goals.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability across all cloud environments.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and performance optimization sessions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in leading high-scale projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with real-time data processing technologies (e.g., Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
