Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-empowered machine learning models
- Optimize qubit allocation for large-scale AI training pipelines
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-time data processing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into production-ready implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI architectures
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors or ion trap systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
