Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for scalable computational systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processors with classical AI frameworks
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for quantum neural network optimization
- Present breakthrough findings at premier industry conferences and academic journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI integration techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or AI system architecture
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI integration (Nature/IEEE level preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and distributed quantum systems
