In this role, you will define the architecture for our flagship quantum neural interfaces. You will work directly with hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for qubit coherence and develop hybrid classical-quantum models that solve problems currently deemed unsolvable by silicon-based systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for machine learning applications.
- Optimize existing AI models to leverage quantum computing resources and reduce latency.

- Conduct research on emerging quantum hardware and its implications for AI safety.
- Document system architectures and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application in computational logic.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
