Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in fault-tolerant quantum computing and neural networks
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum-resistant cryptography projects
- Design real-time anomaly detection systems for critical infrastructure
- Present breakthrough research at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and error correction
- Experience with distributed AI systems across 10k+ node clusters
- Portfolio of deployed quantum-AI solutions with measurable impact
- Security clearance preferred (for government-contract work)
