Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural networks for 2026-era AI applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum computing technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Create predictive models for quantum AI system behavior and optimization
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum AI standardization initiatives
- Publish research in leading scientific journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research on quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC) and GPU acceleration
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation
- Track record of leading R&D projects with $5M+ budgets
- Strong background in cryptography or computational complexity theory
