Job Description
Are you ready to define the technological landscape of the next decade? Horizon Systems is pioneering the convergence of quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence. We are seeking a visionary Quantum AI Lead Architect to architect the systems that will power the future of enterprise intelligence in 2026 and beyond.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum physics and practical, scalable AI solutions. You will work on next-generation hardware interfaces, develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols, and build neural networks capable of operating on quantum processors. If you are obsessed with the 'what's next' and possess the technical depth to make it happen, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Ready AI Models: Design and implement machine learning algorithms specifically optimized for post-quantum computing architectures and NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Hybrid System Development: Lead the creation of hybrid classical-quantum systems that leverage existing cloud infrastructure while preparing for future quantum dominance.
- Research & Prototyping: Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum simulation to solve complex optimization problems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Horizon Systems' quantum initiatives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the 2026 tech revolution.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work alongside physicists and data scientists to translate theoretical research into deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- AI Expertise: Strong background in deep learning, neural networks, and standard machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology stacks for emerging hardware standards.
