Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks using Python and Qiskit
- Lead prototyping of quantum neural networks with 100+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into production AI systems
- Publish research in IEEE Quantum Computing journals and present at IEEE QCE conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical engineering solutions
