Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for complex problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks

- Secure and manage $5M+ in federal and private research grants
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing systems
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and research projects
- Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols
