Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical computing
- Develop cryptographic protocols for quantum-resistant AI security frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier scientific journals and conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and applications
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through compelling proposals
- Translate theoretical quantum-AI models into scalable production systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and QIS frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of securing competitive research funding
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with ethical AI development frameworks and responsible innovation
