Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-time AI inference on hybrid computing platforms
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design next-gen quantum processors
- Develop proprietary frameworks for quantum-enhanced natural language processing
- Secure research grants and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computational intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU acceleration
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/NIH/DARPA)
