Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks achieving quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions into enterprise AI pipelines
- Research novel quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant computing
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers advancing quantum-AI methodologies
- Optimize quantum circuits for performance on next-generation hardware
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
