Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or NISQ-era systems
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
