Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning applications, focusing on optimization and pattern recognition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to translate theoretical models into scalable software.
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies for 2026 hardware standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing of hybrid quantum-classical neural networks.
- Author high-impact research papers and present findings at leading global tech conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and guide the development roadmap for our Quantum AI division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in research roles, preferably within a top-tier tech company or academic institution.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles (superposition, entanglement) and their application to AI.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
