Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms integrated with deep learning frameworks
- Lead experimental validation of quantum-AI hybrid systems on D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize research into patentable technologies
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) and present at major conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source quantum-AI tool development
- Secure $1M+ in government/private research funding
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural networks (PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or top-tier AI conference
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and GPU acceleration
- Strong background in theoretical physics and complex systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
