Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI system architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum hardware capabilities with software demands
- Research emerging quantum computing paradigms (topological quantum computing, quantum neural networks)
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for enterprise applications
- Document system architectures and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks
- Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing or AI conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and applications
