Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise systems
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum theory into practical software solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize algorithms for quantum processors
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum security standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms and post-quantum cryptography standards
- Published research in quantum information science or top-tier conferences
- Experience with NIST PQC standardization process
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
