Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-scale machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum circuits minimizing decoherence effects
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Create patentable quantum solutions for Fortune 500 clients in finance and pharmaceuticals
- Mentor junior engineers through our Quantum Academy program
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit Terra)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
