Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing or cryptography R&D
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/industry grants
