Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect scalable quantum hardware interfaces and error-correction frameworks

- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published papers on qubit stability
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Ability to obtain DOE Q-Clearance for classified projects
