Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with legacy systems
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms and optimization techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum hardware-software co-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (e.g., surface codes, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams and managing quantum research projects
