Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum processor architectures with >1,000 stable qubits
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and molecular simulation
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration for real-world applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quantum computing roadmaps
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and speak at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Deep expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
