Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise-level solutions
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in cryptographic frameworks
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-coherent control systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in finance, logistics, and AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum control systems
