Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
- Drive patent development for novel quantum circuit designs and methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computational theory
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
