Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Architect error-corrected quantum systems with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Collaborate with cryptography teams on post-quantum security protocols
- Publish research in Nature Physics/Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum annealing and NISQ-era systems
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks
