Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity in quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Create quantum algorithms solving optimization problems currently intractable
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Document architectural blueprints and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated fault-tolerance
