Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with error correction capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum network integration with classical infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Drive quantum software standardization and API development
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum concepts into business applications
