Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Translate business requirements into quantum computing solutions
- Research and implement quantum machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Optimize quantum performance across hybrid classical-quantum workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry deployment
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Google, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
