Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with NASA, MIT, and IBM on quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Braket)
- Experience with quantum cryptography protocols (QKD, lattice-based)
