- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1M+ qubit systems
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for quantum-adjacent innovations
- Partner with NASA and MIT on quantum-resistant satellite networks
- Patent breakthrough quantum entanglement methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Certification in quantum-safe cryptography standards (NIST)
- Experience securing DARPA quantum computing grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
