Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit coherence

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python/C++
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE journals on quantum systems
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated success in leading quantum technology commercialization
