- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 100+ qubit error correction by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum processors using superconducting and photonic platforms
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography transition
- Drive open-source quantum software frameworks adoption
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and VC partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Track record of delivering quantum prototypes in production environments
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum system optimization
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding for quantum initiatives
