Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting 2026 computational milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communications infrastructure
- Translate complex quantum principles into actionable business solutions
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing systems or supercomputing architectures
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Strong knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing research funding
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
