Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in prototyping quantum processors
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum hardware innovations
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Patent portfolio or peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
