Responsibilities
- Design quantum hardware/software architectures achieving 1000+ qubit coherence by 2026
- Develop error correction protocols for practical quantum advantage applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted data transmission systems
- Mentor R&D teams in quantum algorithm optimization and simulation techniques
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy quantum solutions in finance and logistics
- Author whitepapers on quantum computing roadmaps and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing systems or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum system optimization
- Track record of leading technical teams in emerging tech domains
