Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation workloads
- Establish quantum security standards compliant with NIST 2026 frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit/Cirq
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
