Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with 2026 industry adoption targets
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in fast-paced R&D environments
- Strong understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
