Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to maintain quantum coherence in large-scale systems
- Collaborate with research teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum algorithms
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions with classical computing infrastructure
- Document system architectures and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum programming principles and hardware optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in quantum computing or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
