Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications.
- Collaborate with research teams to translate quantum algorithms into practical implementations.
- Ensure quantum systems are secure, reliable, and performant.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing and incorporate innovations into our roadmap.

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced quantum systems design.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Q# or Qiskit.
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or D-Wave).
- Strong background in computer architecture and high-performance computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
