Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect scalable quantum computing hardware-software interfaces
- Lead development of quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Collaborate with AI teams on hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and enterprise clients
- Drive quantum computing adoption in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Mentor junior researchers and publish peer-reviewed papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
