Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design qubit topologies with >99.9% fidelity
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum supremacy implementations
- Establish quantum security frameworks for 2026-era digital infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of delivering production-level quantum solutions
