Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction architectures for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for materials science simulations
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-trust protocols
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy validation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams between physics, engineering, and AI divisions
- Contribute to quantum computing standards for 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance pathways
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
