Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with NISQ-era and fault-tolerant systems
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026 industry applications
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment scenarios
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
