- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum hardware development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in low-temperature electronics and cryogenics
- Track record of leading quantum computing patents
